Family members are always welcome in our campuses and are an important part of our campus community. We pride ourselves on developing special services to meet their needs and remind them that they are appreciated.
Our Services Include:
Our Family Call service includes regularly-scheduled calls between the campus leadership team and family members. Calls are made within 24 hours of a resident’s move into our campus. Calls are made again after the first 30 days and then on a quarterly basis. Responsibility for making the calls rotates among our campus leaders, allowing each of them to become better acquainted with family members.
Resident First Meetings
Resident First Meetings are an opportunity for the campus care-giving team, residents and their family members, to discuss each resident’s needs as well as the care plans developed to meet those needs. The first Resident First Meeting is held within five days of move-in and at least quarterly thereafter. They may be held more frequently as needed, or at the request of the resident or family member.
This quarterly event allows families to visit and get to know our staff in a fun and relaxed setting. Family nights feature a variety of activities, entertainment and refreshments for families and residents to enjoy.
Our Sunday brunch is a favorite with families and residents alike. This lovely brunch is prepared by members of our dining services team and features a wide selection of items, including some of our residents’ favorite items.
We keep family members up-to-date on the latest campus developments with our monthly family letters and campus newsletters. Campus newsletters are also available online, along with a monthly calendar of the campus activities and events.
Family Ambassador Program
Transitioning a loved one to a senior living campus can be a difficult time for family members. To help make the process as smooth as possible, we've developed a Family Ambassador program that connects you with others who have also gone through this transition. These individuals are available to provide support to family members who are new to our campus. To learn more about our Family Ambassador program, please contact your local Trilogy Health Campus.
